Responsible for the Cat-Motivation Group (animation, participation, conflict management…) in order to enhance the assertivity of Young Management Trainees (#25) in place of aggressive or passive behaviour/management and building confidence needed for all aspect concerning "leadership" with the goal of building a strong relationship and a Cat-effective network (Sept.1997-Jan.1998)
